ANSE Workshop Budapest:
From August 14th to 18th 2023, the ANSE International Summer University for supervisors will take place in Budapest.
This event is organized in collaboration with the MSZCT (Hungarian Association of Supervisors and Supervisor-Coaches), KRE (Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church), and ANSE (Association of National Organisations for Supervision in Europe).
The conference revolves around the theme “With Words and Beyond – Values and Identity in an Incomprehensible World.”
I will contribute to the event with a workshop titled “How Can We Learn from Our Worst Conversations?”
Drawing from the frameworks of Conversational Intelligence by Judith E. Glaser and Theory U by Otto Scharmer, I will explore the dynamics of conversations, including their energy and neurochemistry in the body.
Participants will gain firsthand experience and a deeper understanding of how words can either foster connection or create disconnection.
