Lead with the person, but:
Do you need: Executive Coaching , Entrepreneurial Coaching or Business Coaching?
Leadership development is not one-size-fits-all. Attune distinguishes between three related but distinct forms of coaching — because the context you work in shapes what you need.
Executive Coaching
Executive coaching focuses on leadership development within organisations — not just what a leader does, but how they think, relate, and lead from within.
The work integrates visible competencies with the inner landscape that drives them: beliefs, values, emotional patterns, and the habits that shape how a leader shows up under pressure. Lasting development requires more than new skills. It requires new awareness.
This is the work I do. I work with CEO’s and board members, senior professionals that lead teams, and executives who want to develop at the level where it gets complex and meaningful to their work and life.
Entrepreneurial Coaching
Entrepreneurial coaching supports individuals at every stage of building something of their own. The conditions are specific: high uncertainty, shifting stakeholders, and decisions with real personal stakes. Most frameworks were not designed for this.
I know this from the inside. I identify more as an entrepreneurial professional than a professional entrepreneur — driven less by profit than by meaningful work and genuine impact. Close enough to know the tension. Grounded enough to work with it.
We work in a format that fits your stage of development, addressing both strategic challenges and the inner patterns that shape how you meet them. Because sustainable entrepreneurship is not only about what you build — it is about who you become in the process.
Business Coaching
Business coaching focuses on organizational performance: improving results, addressing challenges, and achieving specific goals at the level of the client system.
This is adjacent to my work, but not the heart of it. Where organizational questions and individual leadership development meet, I am at home — but my focus stays on the person leading.
