Brain-Based,Heart-Led
We are wired for connection. And genuine connection begins within—with our own neurobiology.
For over 25 years I’ve been integrating executive coaching, supervision and training with research in applied neuroscience, positive psychology, physiology, nutrition and behavioral change.
In a world of relentless demands and biologically finite energy, I help leaders and professionals navigate tension, stress, and overwhelm— with greater clarity, focus and purpose.
My approach bridges strategic thinking with neuroscience grounded insight and practical learning: I call it Brain-Based-Heart Led— or in Dutch: Voor Hoofdzaken die het Hart Raken.
What I bring:
- 25+ years of practice integrating coaching, supervision, and applied neuroscience
- Co-author of Supervision for Coaches — a professional handbook for coaches and supervisors (Dutch, 2025; English edition May 2026)
- Independent researcher and author of academic publications on the heart-brain connection in leadership decision-making
- Currently writing a new book on the neurobiology of high-performance leadership
Curious whether this approach fits what you are navigating?
