Lead with the person

Leadership development is not one-size-fits-all. It starts with the person leading, and the context you work in shapes what you need. That’s why I offer three related forms of support:

Executive Coaching

For CEOs, board members, and senior professional who lead teams. We work with what you do and what drives this: how your brain and body respond under pressure, and the beliefs, values, emotional patterns, and habits that follow. Lasting change takes more than leadership skills; it takes awareness about your biology.

Entrepreneurial Coaching

For people building something of their own, at any stage.

Entrepreneurship brings high uncertainty, shifting stakeholders, and decisions with real personal stakes. Most frameworks weren’t designed for this.

I know it from the inside. I am more an entrepreneurial professional than a professional entrepreneur, driven by meaningful work and genuine impact rather than profit. That’s puts me close enough to know the tension and grounded enough to work with it.

Together we look at the inner patterns that shape how you meet strategic challenges. Sustainable entrepreneurship is about what you build and also who you become in the process.

What about Business Coaching?

Business coaching focuses on organizational results and goals. Where these questions meet individual leadership development meet, I am at home, but my focus stays on the person leading.

Coming in 2027: a new book for leaders  Co-authored and written for leaders who have done the training, built the skills, gained the experience, and yet still find themselves overriding their body, missing the signals, or falling short of how they want to lead.

The book  is for those who want to close the gap between thinking and feeling, between intention and action, and between how they are under pressure and how they could be more often.

What’s missing hasn’t disappeared. It has been reallocated by your neurobiology, doing exactly what it was designed to do. Your body runs the same stress response for a hard meeting as for real danger, because the perception of threat is enough. Once that response fires, it pulls resources away from what you need most in that moment.

Nothing about you has failed. And what has been reallocated, can be reclaimed.

That understanding is at the heart of my coaching.
