My Approach
Your brain and body keep changing for as long as you live. Together they rewire, adapt, and learn from what you repeat, what you pay attention to, and what feels safe. That capacity, neuroplasticity, sits at the heart of everything I do, as a person, a coach, a supervisor, and as a neuroplastician.
The brain doesn’t work alone. It constantly reads signals from the body: your heartbeat, breath, muscle tension, and gut. From those signals it predicts what is happening and what you need. Often your body knows before you do, and it reacts first.
Not neuroscience as metaphor. I apply neuroscience to help people understand their brain and body, for greater self-awareness, regulation, and growth. It is not a peripheral interest, but deeply ingrained in myself as a person, and in my professional roles.
Awareness doesn’t always feel calm at first
Many people expect awareness to bring peace. Often it brings unrest first.
You begin to feel what you used to override. The tightness before a certain meeting. The tiredness after some conversations. You notice how often you adapt yourself, what certain things really cost you, and how long you have kept going when something no longer fit. What you once could ignore now stands out. Some relationships no longer grow with you.
Growth can feel like loss, the loss of what was familiar. That isn’t a setback. It’s your system updating, and it’s the beginning of change.
Learned by doing
Much of what I offer, I learned by living it. I believe it’s the only way. Taking the first step can be hard. Once you do, you often find you already have what it takes. I bring science and lived experience together into a path you can actually walk.
My curiosity about the body began in my twenties during my first education as a nutritionist-researcher. Much later with further study I explored how applied neuroscience shapes wellbeing, thinking, and resilience. In 2020, writing an article — Inclusion and the Brain — in this field deepened my inquiry — opening a new dimension across my work as coach, supervisor, and the systems approach of biology. Since 2023, I learned with the npnHub, the international professional community of neuroplasticians, and since February 2024, I have been registered as a Master Neuroplastician (M.npn).
How we can work together:
- Coaching: for executives and entrepreneurs who want to lead from the person they are
- Supervision: for coaches and helping professionals, individually or in groups
- Learning with the program Brain-Smart, Practice-Wise, a book companion series.
- Invite me for Speaking
- Co-Writing
Contributions to the new professional field applied neuroscience:
Neuroscience gave me the language to connect patterns what I had long sensed belong together. Some examples of my work:
- Guided workshops from the perspective of applied neuroscience for coaches and supervisors at ANSE Summer University in Budapest (2023) and Munich (2025)
- Co-authoring academic articles about the heart-brain dynamics in leadership decision-making
- Co-designing, with the npnInstitute, the learning pathways and competency framework for the Institutes’ credentialing tiers of Professional and Master Neuroplastician
- From September 2025 to November 2026, leading the pilot program Neuroplastician Practice Alignment Review Sessions (NPARS), and implementing group supervision sessions within the community of neuroplasticians (npnHub).
