If there is one essential insight I’d like to share, it’s this: we are wired for connection. Genuine connection begins with self-awareness , of our thoughts, actions, and emotions.

Since founding my company Attune.nl in 2004, I’ve been integrating theory and practice in professional supervision and executive coaching. My work is grounded in the latest insights from neuroscience, physiology, positive psychology, nutrition and the science of behavioral change.

In a world where leaders and professionals face ever-increasing demands – while their energy by nature remains limited – I help them navigate stress, overwhelm and procrastination with greater effectiveness. I take the roles of executive coach (1:1), coach supervisor, and neuroplastician. I support them in regulating their nervous system and enhancing their brain’s capacity to think clearly, make meaningful choices, and take purposeful actions.
