Resilience in Your Hand is an online self-help program designed to strengthen your personal resilience in a sustainable way.

How It Works

  • Insight – Begin and end with a personalized Neurozone™ assessment to measure and map your individual resilience score.
  • Action – Daily, science-based exercises (at least 20 minutes/day via the Neurozone app) to foster new, positive neural pathways (neuroplasticity).
  • Support – Six 50-minute individual online sessions to discuss your progress, questions, and experiences.
