ANSE-Interview with Sonja Vlaar: It was a pleasure to conduct two workshops at the Association of National Organisations for Supervision in Europe (ANSE)- Summer University.
The conference was from 14-18 September in Budapest. The overall theme of the conference was “With words and Beyond“.
The topic of my workshop was (of course!) about applied neuroscience and neuroplasticity for supervision and coaching. The workshop title is: “What we can learn from our worst conversations” .
